Françoise Bouyer

Françoise Bouyer

Françoise has 40 years of experience in the fashion, beauty, and retail industries, split between her role as Founder of BeThe1 (CEO from 1999 till 2026, Business Partner since 2026) and senior general management and international leadership positions within leading luxury brands. She has notably served as Deputy CEO of Céline (LVMH Group) and Christian Lacroix (LVMH Group), and previously held roles at Nina Ricci, where she was Europe Director and CEO of Japan for ten years.

Françoise is also specialized in personal development counselling and in advisory services for equal opportunities and social justice in the workplace. She is, for example, a member of the Global DE&I Advisory Board of the L'Oréal Group. In addition, she is actively involved with several NGOs, including Amnesty International France, L'Autre Cercle, the Harvard Club of France, and Le Générateur, among others.

Françoise is a graduate of the European Commission Executive Programme in Tokyo and of the Harvard Business School in Boston.

As President of BeThe1, Daniel brings more than 30 years of international experience across the beauty, fashion and luxury industries. Before joining BeThe1 as Managing Partner in 2017, he held senior leadership positions within renowned groups such as YSL Beauté, Sanofi Beauté, LVMH, Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmetics and Shiseido, as well as within an entrepreneurial venture, Selective Beauté.

Throughout his career, Daniel has led commercial, marketing and international business development activities across France and numerous global markets. This experience has given him a deep understanding of the growth, transformation and leadership challenges faced by companies operating in these sectors.

At BeThe1, Daniel partners with business leaders and organizations to identify, assess and attract leadership talent, drawing on a unique combination of expertise as both a former international executive and a specialist Executive Search consultant in the beauty, fashion and luxury sectors.

A graduate of ISG Business School and holder of an Executive Master’s degree from HEC Paris, Daniel has further strengthened his expertise in leadership, talent assessment and executive development through the Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change at INSEAD and his qualification as a Certified Executive Coach.

Daniel also serves on the Board of Directors of the Cerebral Palsy Foundation.
